Supports security authorization, compliance assessments, vulnerability management, and integration of cybersecurity controls throughout the network lifecycle.\nResponsibilities Include:\nServe as an IA Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regards to IA Architecture policies and procedures.\nProvide technical support and guidance to facilitate the identification and integration of IA controls at the onset of the acquisition lifecycle for emerging IT capabilities.\nServe as a principal liaison for Enterprise-level boundary defense initiatives to ensure consistent and sufficient identification and implementation of applicable IA controls in concert with the agency IA and IT architecture.\nProvide oversight for the design and implementation of Enterprise-level IA solutions providing standards for access control capabilities across the Enterprise.\nProvide information assurance and cybersecurity expertise supporting enterprise network infrastructure.\nSupport Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, including security authorization and continuous compliance monitoring.\nDevelop, review, and maintain cybersecurity documentation, RMF artifacts, and security authorization packages.\nSupport Authority to Operate and Authority to Connect requirements for agency sites, networks, and systems.\nMaintain security documentation and authorization information within eMASS.\nDevelop, track, and update Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).\nConduct cybersecurity risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented security controls.\nReview network engineering changes for compliance with applicable DoD, DISA, and agency cybersecurity requirements.\nEvaluate cybersecurity implications of network technology refreshes, equipment changes, and new system integrations.\nSupport implementation and assessment of DISA STIG requirements.\nIdentify cybersecurity vulnerabilities, risks, and recommended mitigation measures.\nCoordinate cybersecurity compliance activities with Government security personnel, network engineers, and operational teams.\nSupport Technical Review Boards and Change Control Boards concerning cybersecurity requirements.\nEvaluate the impact of USCYBERCOM security alerts, advisories, and directives.\nSupport security documentation for network connections, memoranda of agreement, and system interconnections.\nAssist with annual security assessments, security control validation, and authorization maintenance.\nProvide technical recommendations for enterprise boundary protection, access control, and network security improvements.\nRequired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:\n Experience:Five (5) years of relevant experience, including Certification and Accreditation (C&A) experience.\nTen (10) years of practical industry, Government, and/or consulting experience in information technology management.\nIT project management experience using Microsoft tools.\nKnowledge and experience managing IT services and strategies.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.\n\nEducation:High School Diploma.\n\nCitizenship and Clearance:US Citizenship is required.\nSecret clearance with Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.\n\n Certification:DoD 8570/8140: IAM Level III baseline certification (CISM, CISSP, or GSLC).\nCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).\n\nLocation:Work will be primarily performed from a contractor-owned facility near Fort Belvoir, VA and customer locations. Candidates may work onsite/reside within commuting distance of one of the following:Fort Belvoir, VA (highly preferred)\nBattle Creek, MI\nColumbus, OH\nDayton, OH\nNew Cumberland, PA\nOgden, UT\nPhiladelphia, PA\nRichmond, VA\nAnniston, AL\nSan Diego, CA\nFort Bragg, NC\nRobins AFB, GA\nTobyhanna, PA.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTen (10) years of relevant C&A experience, NIST C&A experience, and Department of War information assurance experience\nWork Environment and Physical Demand:\nMust be able to work for extended hours at a computer in an office environment.\nThe projected salary range for this position is $120,000+ annually.
