Ensures accurate asset records, timely equipment distribution, and compliance with Government property management and disposition requirements.\nResponsibilities Include:\nMaintain accurate inventory records for network hardware, software, licenses, and supporting equipment.\nTrack more than 10,000 network assets and associated inventory records.\nPerform monthly inventory validations and annual physical inventories.\nMaintain asset information in ServiceNow IT Asset Management and related inventory tracking systems.\nVerify asset records, identify discrepancies, and reconcile inventory anomalies.\nCoordinate receipt, storage, staging, packaging, and shipment of network equipment.\nSupport approximately 500 equipment shipments annually, including CONUS and OCONUS destinations.\nPrepare shipping labels, packing documentation, and international customs paperwork.\nMaintain accountability for spare equipment and support emergency equipment shipment requirements.\nCoordinate equipment transfers, returns, replacements, and Return Material Authorization activities.\nSupport warehouse operations and ensure equipment is stored in accordance with applicable environmental and security requirements.\nMaintain records of equipment acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposition.\nCoordinate equipment disposal using approved agency processes, including Electronic Turn-In Documents.\nSupport secure disposition of end-of-life network equipment in accordance with DoD policies.\nGenerate inventory reports, asset reconciliation records, and supporting documentation for Government audits.\nCoordinate with configuration management personnel to ensure asset records reflect approved equipment changes.\nSupport preparation of procurement packages and equipment tracking documentation.\nStage devices for engineers and support remote configurations completed by engineers as needed.\nManage the network warehouse space and maintain responsibility for devices through the entire product lifecycle.\n Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:\n Experience:\nFive (5) years of relevant experience.\nThree (3) years of experience entering asset information into and extracting reports from automated inventory tracking systems.\nTwo (2) years of experience performing physical inventories.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma.\nCitizenship and Clearance:\nUS Citizenship is required.\nSecret clearance with Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.\nLocation: \nWork will be performed fully onsite from a facility/warehouse in the Fort Belvoir, VA area. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to work onsite.\n Work Environment and Physical Demand:\nMust be able to work for extended hours at a computer in an office environment.\nMust be able to work in a warehouse environment, using ladders and scissor lifts as needed and have ability to lift/place boxes and devices of 40lbs.\nThe projected salary range for this position is $60,000+ annually.
