Prioritizing innovation and client-focused solutions, we assist major agencies in addressing intricate issues and ensuring a more secure future.\nAGE Solutions is looking for a Sr Cybersecurity Policy Specialist to lead our team in support of a cybersecurity program with our DoD customer. \nResponsibilities Include:\nApply knowledge of DoD assessment resources and policies to support the development of DISA cybersecurity directives and strategies.\nMaintain cybersecurity policy content on DISA’s SPO site and alternate platforms.\nDevelop and maintain standardized procedures for drafting and finalizing policy documents.\nUse DISA and DoD tools to generate high-quality compliance reports.\nMonitor compliance activities, report anomalies or trends, and document lessons learned.\nCoordinate working groups to address stakeholder feedback and resolve input from comment matrices.\nTrack and complete assigned action items from meetings and working groups in collaboration with relevant organizations.\nManage repositories for cybersecurity policy, governance documents, and reference materials.\nDraft, revise, and finalize up to 10 policy documents annually (each up to 50 pages), including manuals, directives, and CONOPS.\nPrepare up to 20 presentations, briefs, and reports per year on cybersecurity and cyber defense policy.\nParticipate in weekly meetings to support cybersecurity governance, policy, and compliance initiatives.\nImplement required policy and process updates issued by USCYBERCOM, DoD CIO, and DISA.\nRequired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:\nCitizenship and Clearance:US Citizenship is required.\nMust have and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.\n\n Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred).\nDoD 8570 IA Technical (IAT) Level III certification.\n\n Experience:Eight (8) years overall in cybersecurity or a similar technical field\nThree (3) years specifically working in cybersecurity policy development roles.\n\nSkills and Knowledge:Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting security policies, procedures, standards, CONOPS, and governance documents\nProven ability to prepare and present technical documentation, strategic briefings, and governance materials for senior-level DoD boards\nProficient in applying knowledge management best practices using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Wikis to enhance collaboration and information accessibility.\nExcellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.\n\nLocation:Individuals in this role must be available to work full-time on-site at our customer’s location in Ft. Meade, MD.\n\nThe projected salary range for this position is $110,000+ annually.
