The selected candidate will be responsible for managing contract execution, personnel, schedules, resources, and deliverables supporting the customer's WAN infrastructure. The Task Order Project Manager will serve as the primary contractor management interface with Government stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and effective performance across all task areas and will report directly to the company's Project Management Office (PMO) lead.\nResponsibilities Include:\nManage daily task order operations, staffing, resource allocation, schedules, and contract performance.\nCoordinate with the Government Contracting Officer, COR, Program Managers, and technical stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) and Integrated Master Project Schedule.\nOversee execution across 13 PWS tasks, including engineering, cybersecurity, configuration management, asset management, operational support, and global technology refreshes across over 160 sites.\nManage personnel onboarding, offboarding, training, certification compliance, and workforce continuity.\nPrepare and submit Weekly Activity Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, In-Process Reviews, and other contract deliverables.\nMonitor project milestones, labor utilization, financial performance, risks, and corrective actions.\nCoordinate technical project planning, implementation schedules, and Government approval activities.\nOversee quality assurance, performance improvement, and compliance with contract requirements.\nSupport acquisition planning, procurement coordination, and resource management.\nManage transition planning and knowledge transfer to ensure uninterrupted mission support.\nCoordinate contract reporting and invoicing with the COR and corporate management.\nRequired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:\n Experience:Five (5) years of relevant experience\nFive (5) years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in IT and/or consulting.\n\n Education:Bachelor's degree (BS or BA), or four additional years of related experience.\n\nCitizenship and Clearance:US Citizenship is required.\nDoD Top Secret clearance or active Secret clearance with favorably adjudicated Tier 5/SSBI investigation required.\n\n Certification:Project Management certification from a recognized authority, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized certification.\n\nLocation:Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of Ft. Belvoir / Alexandria, VA area in order to work onsite.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience managing network engineering and/or network administration projects.\nDoD 8570 IAM III or 8140 Project Manager Advanced certification such as the ISACA CISM.\nWork Environment and Physical Demand:\nMust be able to work from a computer for extended periods.\nMust be able to work from an office location with occasional work in warehouse or comm closet spaces.\nThe projected salary range for this position is $110,000+ annually.
