This role combines strong technical expertise in robotics / embodied AI systems with program leadership, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement.\nJob Description\nLead programme planning, execution and tracking across multidisciplinary engineering workstreams.\n\nWork with technical leads to define scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and delivery plans.\n\nMonitor programme risks, issues and decisions, and drive timely follow-up with accountable owners.\n\nCoordinate collaboration across AI/robotics, software, data, hardware, research and external partner teams.\n\nPrepare clear programme updates, decision papers and governance materials for stakeholders.\n\nImprove programme management processes, reporting and delivery discipline as EAIC scales.\n\nJob Requirements\nAround 5 years of experience managing technology, engineering, product development or R&D projects.\n\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams and manage complex dependencies.\n\nAbility to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nFamiliar with AI, robotics, software, deep-tech or advanced engineering
