The ideal candidate will have experience with grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater design, earthwork calculations, and construction plan preparation. The role also includes architectural drafting, quantity takeoffs, estimating support, and coordination with contractors and project teams\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare civil site plans for self-storage, industrial, and multifamily projects in compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.\n\nDevelop grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater, and utility plans from boundary surveys and topographic maps\n\nPerform drainage, detention/retention, and cut-and-fill calculations.\n\nApply value-engineering principles to reduce sitework and construction costs.\n\nPrepare quantity takeoffs and assist with project estimating.\n\nCreate floor plans, building layouts, elevations, and basic renderings for mixed units in both self-storage and industrial projects.\n\nAssist with contractor bidding, bid comparisons, permitting, and project coordination.\n\nProvide schedule updates and support multiple active projects.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.\n\n3-5 years experience in civil engineering with a focus on site design, building plans, and coordination with U.S. Contractors.\n\nDemonstrated experience with grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design.\n\nStrong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; Civil 3D experience preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with HydroCAD, StormCAD, or similar software is a plus.\n\nStrong understanding of U.S. engineering standards and construction practices.\n\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple
