Scale the platform without breaking architecture \nScale from 50K → 4M+ interactions/month \nEnsure: \nHigh availability \nLow latency \nFault tolerance \nAvoid large rewrites — build systems that evolve cleanly \n\n2. Build the workflow automation (WA) engine \nDesign a flexible system with: \nStates \nStages \nCohorts \nDynamic workflows \nEnsure workflows: \nHandle edge cases reliably \nCan be configured easily \nMove from: \nHardcoded flows → configurable execution engine \n\n3. Build the insurance-specific data layer \nDesign data models for: \nPolicy states \nClaim workflows \nConsent tracking \nEnsure the system works across: \nMultiple insurers \nMultiple use cases \nBuild a platform-first data layer, not use-case-specific hacks \n\n4. Make deployment and setup simple \nEnsure workflows and data models are: \nEasy to configure \nEasy to launch \nReduce friction for: \nProduct teams \nDeployment teams \n\n5. Create a compounding data advantage \nBuild a data layer that: \nImproves with every deployment \nCaptures structured signals \nEnsure data becomes a long-term edge, not just storage \n\n6.
