As a Longevity Guide, you own the patient sales journey at your Mantality clinic from generating leads out in the community, through consult and ROF (Report of Findings), to treatment conversion and long-term retention. You work with urgency, build trust, and close, because your results directly drive clinic revenue and patients’ health outcomes. You report to the Longevity Experience Manager (Clinic Manager), who sets your targets and coaches you day to day, and you get sales training and strategy from our VP of Sales.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSales Execution & Patient Consultations\nRun new patient consults and ROFs, presenting treatment plans with confidence and urgency.\nHandle objections and close patients into treatment, bundled services, and memberships.\nHit monthly targets for consults, ROFs, conversions, and net patient adds.\nCommunity Outreach & Lead Generation \nSpend about 5 hours each week in the community generating new patient leads at gyms, local businesses, employers, and community events.\nBuild a local referral network (fitness centers, chiropractors, sports clubs, employer partners) that drives a steady flow of consults.\nBook consults on the spot and log every lead and outreach activity in the CRM the same day.\nRetention, Referrals & Reviews\nGrow patient lifetime value by educating patients on expanded services and in-office promotions.\nEnroll patients in loyalty and referral programs and ask satisfied patients for Google and Facebook reviews.\nPipeline & CRM Discipline\nUpdate the patient funnel in the CRM daily and ensure clean handoffs to the Patient Coordinator.\nKeep accurate notes and follow-ups so no lead or patient falls through the cracks.\n What You Have1-2+ years in sales, ideally consultative or commission-based (healthcare, wellness, fitness, med spa, or similar).\nA track record of hitting or beating targets; comfortable prospecting, networking, and asking for the close.\nConfident, energetic communicator in the clinic and out in the community.\nOrganized and coachable; CRM experience required (HubSpot a plus).\nKnowledge of hormone therapy or wellness treatments is a plus - we’ll train you on the rest.\nReliable transportation for local community outreach.\nMeasures of Success\nConsult completion rate: 75%+ monthly\nROF completion rate: 95%+ monthly\nNet patient adds vs. goal\n% of patients on bundled services\n# of referral packages\nNew leads and consults generated from community outreach\nWhat We Offer\n$55,000 base salary + monthly bonus commission tied to patient and clinic revenue targets = OTE $70,000 - $80,000+\nFull-time, on-site in our clinic, plus ~5 hours/week of community outreach\nHands-on sales training and coaching from our VP of Sales\nHealthcare & Financial Wellness Benefits\nPaid Time Off to recharge\nGrowth opportunities as we expand across the Agentis team\nOur Values\nOur Longevity Guides show up with a driven, positive mindset rooted in our mission and values:\nIntegrity in Practice: We uphold the highest standards by proactively seeking solutions to improve lives.
