We're a category-defining company and are looking for a Founding GTM & Operations Lead to design and run our growth playbook across all channels.\nThis role is critical to our function and owns how AgentMail grows. You will build the systems, narrative, and execution that turn early momentum into repeatable, compounding growth. Behind the growth, you'll also set up scalable automations and operating processes, tighten internal workflows, drive pricing and logistics projects, and build the dashboards we use to make decisions.\nAgentMail has raised $6M from investors including General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Paul Graham (founder of YC), Karim Atiyeh (founder of Ramp), Paul Copplestone (founder of Supabase), and Dharmesh Shah (founder of HubSpot).\nWhat you'll work on\nBuild and own the GTM playbook across all channels including PLG, content, community, outbound, partnerships, events, and launches\n\nDesign and run growth experiments end to end, then scale what compounds\n\nTurn product usage and market signal into repeatable distribution loops\n\nDefine category narrative, positioning, and messaging so AgentMail becomes the default answer\n\nPartner with product and engineering to bake growth into the product\n\nCreate repeatable launch motions for features, use cases, and integrations\n\nCapture data across sales, product, and ops to build the dashboards that drive decisions\n\nBuild automations, internal tools, templates, and workflows that scale\n\nDrive initiatives in pricing, logistics, vendor management, and ops quality\n\nDefine and test early sales motions with tight feedback loops, and run cross functional projects with fast turnaround\n\nYou're a fit if\nYou think in systems and growth loops, not one-off campaigns\n\nYou enjoy building playbooks from zero and pressure-testing them\n\nYou can run GTM across channels with high ownership\n\nYou are technical enough to build automations and develop a deep understanding of our product\n\nYou're Type A, process minded, and love making systems cleaner and faster\n\nYou can turn messy problems into crisp plans\n\nYou care about category creation, not just funnel optimization, and you want real ownership over how a company grows\n\nBonus points\nExperience growing developer tools, infrastructure, or API-first products\n\nFamiliarity with PLG and sales-assisted growth\n\nStrong intuition for content, community, and distribution\n\nExperience with GTM systems and softwares: Zapier or similar automation tools (Make, n8n), Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, CRM systems like HubSpot, basic dashboard tools, and comfort working with simple API style data like JSON\n\nPrevious operating, consulting, and investment banking experience is a plus.\nCompensation: $110K to $175K, plus 0.2% to 0.5% equity.\nPS. our bar for this position is ridiculously high.
