This is accomplished by fostering a dynamic team environment that works in collaboration with all peers.\nAbout the Role:\nThe Intermediate Data Support Analyst role will provide opportunities to demonstrate an aptitude for learning, initiative and identification of opportunities for system/process improvements. The individual will work with the Manager, Investment Operations, Data Support to support business partners and external parties on all processes relating to data usage, integrity, and investment operations systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nOverall day-to-day operational responsibility for Investment Operations systems with a primary responsibility for Eagle PACE.\nSupport all functional areas of the Eagle system including Portfolio Maintenance, Fund Performance and Reporting.\nResponsible for Data Quality within Investment Operations systems using tools provided .\nMonitoring and maintenance of all incoming and outgoing feeds to Investment Operations systems in order to ensure Service Level Agreements with internal clients are met.\nRun ad hoc database queries to assist in troubleshooting data related issues.\nAct as the liaison between internal teams and vendors to resolve data and system related issues.\nTrack vendor related issues from discovery to resolution. Monitor issue logs to ensure all issues are addressed and escalated appropriately.\nContribute to ongoing data enhancements through understanding the business data model, business requirements, definitions, etc.\nApply analytical skills to resolve problems and deliver viable solutions. Anticipate obstacles and execute proactive approach to issues.\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships by effectively communicating and regularly sharing information and knowledge with relevant parties.\nWhat you Bring:\nA minimum of 2 years’ operations/production support experience, or comparable educational background.\nKnowledge and experience in the maintenance of financial industry Fund and Security Master data.\nAdvanced knowledge in MS Office (specifically Excel formulas). Experience with macros and VBA would be an asset.\nExperience with Eagle Investment Systems and Bloomberg AIM would be an asset\nStrong knowledge and experience with relational databases. Experience in writing SQL queries to analyze data would be an asset.\nExperience working with processing and troubleshooting vendor feeds (i.e. Bloomberg, Telekurs).\nWorking knowledge of various financial instruments (ie. Domestic and International Equities, Domestic and International FI Instruments and Derivatives).\nDemonstrated experience in adding operational efficiencies at the process and systems level.\nExcellent business acumen: strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProven interpersonal and relationship management skills, detail-oriented with the ability to follow up on items or determine appropriate steps for timely resolution.\nStrong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.\nAbility to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nCompensation:\nThe anticipated compensation range for this role is $67,500 - $82,500 annually, which represents base salary and, where applicable, variable compensation components (e.g., annual bonus, commissions, etc.).
