Responsible for assembling components using a variety of hand tools, manufacturing aids, systems and processes to meet the current production schedule. Use specialized measuring and diagnostic devices to evaluate how electrical equipment/circuits are working; build or calibrate instrumentation; build electronic assemblies/circuits based on electrical schematics; inspect for problems; and troubleshoot electrical circuits and electrical/mechanical assemblies.\nWhat You'll Do (Job Duties & Responsibilities):\nRead, understand, and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to assemble equipment systematically.\nWire and test electrical assemblies and cables following engineering schematics.\nCollaborate with team members to assemble pre-fabricated components and sub-assemblies, using drawings, schematics, bill of materials, and work instructions to complete builds.\nWork effectively either as part of a team of assemblers and technicians or independently to produce quality products and assemblies.\nPerform multiple inspections and quality checks in accordance with the Quality SOP.\nAssist colleagues with on-the-job training, knowledge sharing, and learning.\nDemonstrate the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and find effective solutions.\nParticipate actively in a 6S work environment.\nFollow all Health and Safety procedures diligently.\nReport production work orders promptly and accurately.\nComplete all necessary documentation for quality assurance and progress tracking.\nWhat You'll Bring (Education & Experience):\nHigh school diploma or the equivalent.\nTechnical trade school certificate, Electrical.\n1-4 years of experience as an assembler in a manufacturing-type environment.\nSpecific skills:\nMust have strong problem-solving and electrical circuit troubleshooting skills.\nDemonstrated understanding of electrical principles, standards, and safety operating procedures.\nGood oral and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to work as an individual contributor and as a member of a team as required.\nAbility to follow directions and learn in a fast-paced environment.\nAble to look for problems in complicated electrical grids/circuits, isolate the issue and resolve issues.\nManual Dexterity: Working with wires, using hand tools and handling small components requires manual dexterity.
