during the manufacturing process.\nDrive operational excellence initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities, reducing losses, optimizing processes, and improving equipment reliability.\nIdentify and analyze process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency, and lead improvement projects across production and supporting departments.\nFacilitate and support change management activities.\nEnsure that improvements are properly documented, standardized, and embedded within operational processes.\nProfile / Qualifications\nMaster's degree or an experienced Professional Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field.\nProven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\nExperience with process analysis, data analysis, and performance management.\nKnowledge of Power BI, OT/IT systems, Six Sigma, or similar analytical tools is considered an asset.\nFluent in Dutch and English.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nHands-on mentality with the ability to translate ideas into practical improvements.\nEffective communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.\nAbility to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.\nWhat We Offer\nThe
