coatings).\nYou play a key role in bridging research and production.\nYour responsibilities\nPrepare and evaluate dispersions, solutions, emulsions, and other formulations at pilot scale\nConduct process investigations and contribute to process optimization in collaboration with the Research Leader\nPerform quality control analyses to support research and customer deliveries\nAccurately document and report results, data, and observations\nSupport the scale-up and introduction of new formulations into production\nMaintain laboratory and analytical equipment\nManage stock of raw materials and consumables\nEnsure safety and health aspects are considered in all experiments\nActively participate in safety initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement\nYour profile\nA bachelor degree or Secondary degree, preferable in a technical / chemical field of study\nComfortable working independently in a lab environment with strong attention to safety, order, and cleanliness\nHands-on mentality; not afraid of physical work\nStrong sense of responsibility, well-organized, and goal-oriented\nProactive, analytical, and solution-driven\nGood communication and reporting skills; a true team player\nAble to adapt quickly and manage multiple experiments or environments\nTechnical knowledge (pumps, valves, electricity, mechanics, etc.) is a strong plus\nWilling
