This role requires direct interaction with clinical and IT stakeholders, ensuring optimal performance, availability, security, and integration of Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA), and advanced imaging platforms.\nThe position involves deploying both on-premises and SaaS environments, leading complex technical projects, troubleshooting enterprise-level issues, and acting as a trusted technical advisor for healthcare customers.\n\nLocation: Sesto San Giovanni (Milano), Italy. Hybrid working.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Support & Service Delivery\nPerform installations, configurations, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting activities.\n\nProvide advanced technical support for Healthcare IT and Radiology Informatics platforms.\n\nEnsure high system availability and compliance with contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\n\nSupport Presales in design and enhance enterprise healthcare environments\n\nHealthcare IT Infrastructure\nDeploy, and maintain enterprise healthcare environments including:\n\nPACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems)\n\nRIS (Radiology Information Systems)\n\nVNA (Vendor Neutral Archives)\n\nDiagnostic Viewer Platforms\n\nAI Imaging Applications\n\nClinical Workflow Solutions\n\nDatabase, Virtualization, Cloud\nDeploy multi-tier application environments running on physical, virtualized and Cloud infrastructures\n\nInstall and fine-tune Oracle Database environments.\n\nImplement and configure Virtualization and Container Platform (VMWare, Proxmox, Kubernetes)\n\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in a technical customer support role\n\nProven experience implementing mission-critical IT systems\n\nExperience with PACS, RIS, and Enterprise Imaging solutions is highly preferred\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of:\nNetworking concepts\n\nOperating systems (Linux & Windows)\n\nDatabases (Oracle, SQL)\n\nIT security principles\n\nExperience with AGFA solutions or comparable PACS / RIS / EI platforms\n\nStrong verbal & written (English), and interpersonal communication skills\n\nProven time management and organizational skills\n\nAbility to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities\n\nStrong customer service orientation with internal and external stakeholders\n\nWillingness to travel 20-50%, depending on business
