From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you’ll do as Engineering & Solutions Manager, Europe:\nLead and develop Aggreko’s multidisciplinary engineering function, spanning Project Design Engineering, Controls Engineering, Product Specialists and Solutions & Applications Engineering.\nEstablish and maintain engineering standards, technical governance and assurance processes that deliver safe, compliant and commercially successful engineering solutions across Europe.\nPartner with Commercial, Operations, Product Management and Project teams to develop innovative, differentiated customer solutions, supporting strategic growth opportunities across sectors including Data Centres, Utilities, Energy Transition and Critical Infrastructure.\nProvide leadership and oversight for complex and strategically significant customer opportunities, ensuring robust solution design, technical feasibility, risk mitigation and commercial viability.\nDrive engineering innovation, capability development and productivity improvements through new technologies, AI-enabled tools, engineering partnerships, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.\nYou are:\nAn experienced engineering leader with a proven track record managing multidisciplinary engineering teams within power generation, temperature control, energy, utilities, infrastructure, industrial or related sectors.\nExperienced in developing and governing complex engineering solutions, with a strong understanding of engineering governance, technical assurance, risk management and safety requirements.\nCommercially astute with the ability to balance technical excellence, customer requirements, operational performance and business objectives.\nCandidates will ideally have significant engineering leadership experience within the power generation and/or temperature control industries. Experience delivering complex engineered solutions in mission-critical environments, such as data centres, utilities, industrial operations or critical infrastructure, coupled with a strong understanding of commercial, operational and technical drivers, will be highly valued.\nDegree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
