From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you’ll do as Fixed Assets & Inventory Accounts Assistant:\nFixed Assets:\nMaintain accuracy of FAR (asset details, description, GL, classification, lifecycle).\nPerform fixed asset checks as required\nCoordinate calls and discussions to resolve complex issues (e.g., GRA, BC allocation). Support updates in M3 system (via ATS/Wipro).\nResolve PAV discrepancies and ensure physical asset verification.\nPerform reconciliations between FAR, fleet systems, and financial records.\nExecute asset accounting adjustments (disposals, reclassifications, write-offs).\nEnsure completeness and accuracy of IFRS16 lease data in Tagetik.\nCoordinate with Finance, Fleet, Wipro, ATS, and Group teams.\nResolve the legacy fixed asset issues and support audit compliance.\nInventory:\nObtain explanation for monthly material price variances and identify business reasons.\nReview and update inventory NEG/POS register.\nPerform GL vs CAS reconciliation (WIP, 20000, 20010) and investigate gaps.\nReview inventory provisions, slow-moving and obsolete stock.\nMonitor inventory WIP accounts and ensure no invalid open work orders.\nValidate inventory valuation (weighted average cost) for high-value items.\nYou are:\n3+ years’ experience in Fixed Assets & inventory area.\nStrong analytical and reconciliation skills.\nAttention to detail and problem-solving ability.\nGood knowledge of reconciliation and provisioning.\nExperience with ERP systems (M3, Tagetik preferred)\nHere’s what you’ll get:\n1-year fixed term contractual role based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE.\nCompetitive compensation and industry-leading benefits\nContinuous learning and career development opportunities\nA safety-first culture where your team’s wellbeing is paramount\nOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
