From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you’ll do as a FP&A Analyst:\nSupport monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and Five-Year Plan processes.\nPerform detailed variance analysis, identifying key cost drivers and business trends.\nPrepare management reporting packs during budget cycles and maintain financial performance dashboards.\nPartner closely with Operations stakeholders to monitor and control overhead costs while driving cost-saving initiatives.\nBuild and maintain robust working capital and cashflow reporting dashboards.\nMonitor and report on key performance indicators, including headcount and workforce reporting.\nEnsure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.\nSupport the wider FP&A function with ad-hoc analysis, planning activities, and business performance reviews.\nProvide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.\nYou are:\nQualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) or possess relevant FP&A experience.\nHighly analytical with strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.\nExperienced in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.\nComfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.\nA confident communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.\nProactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDriven to improve processes and deliver clear, actionable financial insights.\nHere’s what you’ll get?\nAn opportunity to support a diverse and fast-paced Africa region. \nExposure to senior regional and global stakeholders. \nBroad responsibility across FP&A, commercial finance, projects, and reporting. \nWork within a global market leader with strong career development opportunities.\nA focus on continued personal development. \nAccess to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle.\nOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
