Manage the end-to-end administration of SIM cards and mobile devices, including issuance, activation, allocation, tracking, replacement, return, and usage monitoring. Prepare and maintain monthly mobile usage reports, identify unusual or excessive consumption, and coordinate with relevant users and stakeholders for follow-up where required.
