From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOperational Procurement Leadership: Leading and managing a team of Operational Buyers to ensure timely conversion of demand into purchase orders, monitoring supplier commitments, and driving material availability to support production schedules.\n Global Order Management: Centralized coordination and proactive management of global orders from India-based suppliers, ensuring accurate tracking and driving On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance.\nSupply Chain & Logistics Management: Leading domestic and international logistics operations, overseeing inbound and outbound transportation, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of materials and finished goods.\nEXIM & Trade Compliance: Managing import and export operations, documentation, and customs compliance, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and optimizing duties.\nSupplier Delivery Performance: Monitoring and driving corrective actions for supplier delivery performance, collaborating with Category Management and Supplier Development teams, and conducting regular performance reviews.\nProcess Improvement & Digitalization: Developing and standardizing procurement and supply chain processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leveraging ERP systems and digital tools for enhanced visibility and efficiency.\nYou are:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline.\nMBA or post-graduate qualification preferred.\n>15 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Materials Management.\nMinimum 5 years leading Operational Procurement or Supply Chain teams in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong experience in Import & Export operations, logistics management, and supplier delivery management.\nExperience supporting global procurement operations is highly desirable.\nKnowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.\nWhat you’ll get:\nA full-time role based in Pune.\nCompetitive Compensation & Benefits\nDynamic & Supportive Work Environment: Thrive in an innovative and forward-thinking culture that values your expertise and will foster professional growth.\nAccelerate your career with dedicated pathways for advancement, access to specialised training programs and ample opportunities for skill enhancement.\nOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
