From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you’ll do:\nImplement and administer the project-specific HSE Management Plan.\n\nEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state regulations, and company HSE requirements.\n\nConduct routine field observations, inspections, and audits to verify compliance.\n\nMonitor contractor safety performance and enforce project safety expectations.\n\nReview and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA), and Safe Work Plans.\n\nParticipate in construction planning meetings to identify and mitigate hazards prior to work execution.\n\nAssist with development and implementation of site-specific procedures and work instructions.\n\nPromote a proactive safety culture through engagement and visible field presence.\n\nYou are:\nHigh School diploma/GED\n\n3+ years of HSE experience supporting industrial construction or power generation projects.\n\nExperience working with contractors and managing project safety programs.\n\nIncident investigation and corrective action experience preferred.\n\nHere's what you'll get:\nFull-time with potential for overtime and/or weekends\n\nAnnual bonus program\n\nPremium cost medical plan option available\n\nPay range $65,000 to $68,000 a year\n\nLead or assist with incident investigations.\n\nConduct root cause analyses for injuries, near misses, property damage events, and environmental incidents.\n\nDevelop corrective and preventive action plans.\n\nTrack incident trends and recommend improvements.\n\nCareer growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement available.\n\nSafety-focused culture working on new technology.\n\nOther essential job requirements\nAvailability to work the assigned schedule, travel to work locations (if needed) and be on standby for work outside of regularly scheduled shifts\n\nMust be able to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time; and be able to walk over uneven terrain with functional balance that does not require any special assistive devices\n\nMust be able to move the extremities and spine through a functional range of motion that will permit work to be safely performed from ground / floor level to full overhead level\n\nMust have good finger dexterity to manipulate small items, functional hand-eye coordination, and functionally grip with adequate strength to safely hold tools and stair railing or ladders\n\nMust be able to safely meet the physical demands outlined in the Essential Physical Capacities Assessment and pass the post-offer physical abilities assessment, which includes being able to lift (60 lbs), push/pull (80 lbs), carry (60 lbs), climb stairs and ladders as well as a combination of climbing while carrying objects (15 lbs), stoop, kneel and squat\n\nOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
