From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you'll do as IT Service Performance Analyst:\nLead and govern ITIL processes, particularly in IT Asset and Configuration Management, overseeing policies, procedures, and asset lifecycle management.\nDrive continuous improvement and automation initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and managing appropriate tools and techniques for service configuration.\nCollaborate with IT Security to ensure all processes and tools meet best practice, security, compliance, and audit standards.\nUtilize Service Level Management (SLM) and data analysis to identify operational improvements and present key metrics to stakeholders.\nProvide essential support for core IT Service Management functions, including Change, Problem, Incident, and Major Incident Management.\nSupport relevant Business As Usual (BAU) projects within the Service Delivery function.\nYou are:\nExperienced in an existing Service Delivery or Service Support role, with a clear focus on IT Asset, Service Configuration, and Service Level Management.\nPreferably, skilled in one or more ITSM practices, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, or Knowledge Management.\nEquipped with a good understanding of the ITIL framework (relevant qualifications are desirable).\nPossessing Project Management skills (desirable).\nAn excellent written and verbal communicator.\nAble to develop internal stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across wider teams.\nCapable of prioritising conflicting demands, working under pressure, and delivering high-quality, accurate tasks with strong attention to detail.\nSelf-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and think beyond your day-to-day remit.\nHere's what you'll get:\nA competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme and Life Assurance).\nHybrid working.\nGenerous holiday entitlement, with the option to buy or sell additional days.\nDiscounts and perks.\nAccess to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle.\nThe opportunity to shape and enhance the financial control environment within a global business operating across multiple countries and jurisdictions.\nOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
