From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you’ll do as Site Operations - Lead:\nOperate and monitor diesel generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.\n\nEnsure all QHSE, policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, Technician’s PPE, …)\n\nEnsure proper daily assignment of Production Team as per monthly shift planning,\n\nTight follow up on client load demands to meet the expectations\n\nAttend to meeting with customer operations teams, where required\n\nProvide advance notification to Service Manager when availability will not satisfy customer demand\n\nMonitor and act on site/asset alarms to support any incident resolution\n\nEnsure oil samples are analysed and proper actions taken by Maintenance Team where required\n\nPerform first line analysis on asset performance, and proper actions.\n\nWork closely with site team to optimise asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation\n\nMaintain accurate production data.\n\nEnsure proper and optimum usage of sites inventory.\n\nEnsure that the site is kept in tidy conditions with strong 5S and OPOS (Optimised Project Operations Standards) implementation\n\nEnsure employees in his team are properly inducted and developed (coached/trained)\n\nYou are:\nPreferably PRC Electrical Engineer licensed (REE).\n\nKnowledgeable in Aggreko electrical equipment (transformer, switchgear, NET, etc.)\n\nMinimum 3 years’ experience on a Power Project environment or in a similar role\n\nAbility to read single line and electrical diagrams.\n\nAbility to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)\n\nAbility to read mechanical drawings and analyse Performance data\n\nAble to understand the operations of plant equipment’s.\n\nComputer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams & Outlook essential).\n\nAbility to work in a cohesive team.\n\nStrong knowledge of equipment safe operating procedures\n\nGood oral and written communication skills in English.\n\nAbility to withstand pressure.\n\nStrong Leadership skills\n\nWell organized, able to handle multi tasks in a controlled manner.\n\nAnalytical thinking with attention to detail\n\nGood interpersonal and personnel development skills\n\nHere’s what you’ll get:\nCompetitive compensation package\n\nIndustry-leading benefit plans\n\nContinuous training and development with career growth opportunities\n\nSafety-focused culture\n\nOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
