The primary responsibility of this role is to provide operational administration tasks to ensure compliance and support efficient site operations. You will be accountable for coordinating and completing procurement processes for power generation equipment, ensuring full compliance with environmental, health and safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nPower without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you'll do as Operations Administrator:\n Sourcing and Supplier Selection: Research market trends, issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Proposals (RFPs), evaluate vendor capabilities, and select the best suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery standards.\nContract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment schedules, service-level agreements, and delivery terms to maximize value and minimize company risk.\n Purchase Order Management: Process requisitions, generate and issue Purchase Orders (POs) through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and track orders to ensure timely delivery.\n Vendor Performance Tracking: Maintain supplier records, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct periodic evaluations, and resolve delivery or quality issues.\n Compliance and Documentation: Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation, ensure adherence to internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), and follow regulatory compliance requirements.\nWhat we're looking for:\nUniversity Degree / Specialized Diploma or equivalent\nMinim 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing of manpower services, or operational administration.\nExperience supporting or managing vendors/stakeholders across Singapore and Malaysia.\nPreference for candidates from power generation, energy, utilities, engineering, heavy industries, oil & gas, or related industrial sectors.\nWilling to work onsite with occasional travel within Malaysia for vendor meetings and relationship management; as well as in Singapore.\nHere’s what you’ll get:\nCompetitive compensation package\nIndustry-leading benefit plans\nContinuous training and development with career growth opportunities\nSafety-focused culture\nOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
