From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you’ll do as Sector Manager, PCR:\nManaging a remote sales team including setting, measuring, tracking sales performance and hiring of new sales reps\nCovering the Gulf coast from Baton Rouge, LA to Mobile, AL\nDrive growth in revenue, margin, and profitability for the East Gulf Coast petrochemical/refining territory (Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Mobile, Pascagoula) and deliver a $50M FY2027 target.\nMaintain market awareness and stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market\nEnforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance\nEnsure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process\nDrive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with Marketing.\nLead, coach, and develop 7 direct-report sales representatives-set targets, monitor activity, conduct ride-alongs, and run structured 1:1s and field coaching.\nEnsure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action\nExecute specific plans developed to drive market penetration\nEnsure that assigned sector attracts, develops, and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace \nYou are:\n5+ years of direct business to business sales management experience\nAdvanced Knowledge of targeted territory and understanding of the petrochemical industry, downstream and midstream.\nStrong technical fluency-ability to discuss equipment with process engineers and plant technical teams.\nProven track record managing and scaling a sales team in a field-oriented environment.\nExcellent coaching and mentoring skills, strategist, and Analytical\nBachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience\nHere’s what you’ll get:\nWork from home or in a local service center in Gulf Coast region of the US\nCompetitive Salary - plus bonus structure\nNo premium cost medical plan option available\nPaid training programs and tuition reimbursement.\nSales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territories\nSafety-focused culture\nOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
