As a Warehouse Operative, you will support day to day operations by ensuring the accuracy, availability, and security of warehouse inventory, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance visibility and efficiency across the business.\nThe role will require flexibility in working hours across Dayshift, Nightshift and Overtime when the plan requires it.\nPower without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you’ll do as a Stores Person:\nInvestigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes and supporting actions to prevent recurrence\n\nWork closely with production, procurement and supply chain teams to ensure material availability and resolve urgent requirements\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency, stock visibility and inventory control processes\n\nOperate warehouse equipment and forklifts where required, with full training provided\n\nYou are:\nNaturally curious and solutions-focused, with a talent for investigating stock issues and keeping operations running smoothly.\n\nExperienced with inventory, warehouse or ERP systems, confident managing stock transactions and maintaining accurate records.\n\nHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring inventory accuracy and strong stock control at all times\n\nThrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment, able to prioritise workload and collaborate effectively across production, supply chain and operations teams.\n\nTech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable using Microsoft Office and warehouse systems (experience with M3, Factory Track or similar ERP platforms is a plus).
