From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupport Supplier On-boarding & Audits: Facilitate the selection of suitable suppliers, contribute to audits, and manage risks during the on-boarding process.\n\nEnhance Supplier Performance: Drive continuous improvement in supplier quality, delivery, and overall performance for assigned commodity areas.\n\nMonitor & Develop Product Quality: Oversee the quality of supplied products and services, ensuring they meet Aggreko's expectations and standards.\n\nAnalyze & Mitigate Supply Chain Risks: Collect and analyse supplier quality data to identify risks and coordinate improvement actions to reduce them.\n\nManage New Product & Change Control: Support the successful onboarding of new products (NPI/NPD) and manage change control activities, including PPAP and product approvals.\n\nAddress Non-Conformance: Proactively work with suppliers to correct, contain, and improve instances of product failure and non-conformance.\n\nYou are:\nEducation & Certification: Higher education in Engineering or Quality Management, coupled with ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification (Lead Auditor preferred).\n\nSupplier Quality Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in supplier quality assurance, including performing supplier audits and working within a high-value capital equipment manufacturing environment.\n\nTechnical Proficiency: Demonstrated skills in supplier management, on-boarding processes, advanced quality planning, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.\n\nData Analysis & Improvement: Capable of collecting and analyzing quality-related data to assess operations, coordinate process improvements, and manage problems effectively using recognized techniques.\n\nQuality System Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards, manufacturing processes, value engineering, and lean systems management techniques.\n\nInterpersonal & Communication Skills: Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of working independently, solving problems, and contributing as a team player.\n\nWhat you’ll get:\nA full-time role based in Pune.\n\nCompetitive Compensation & Benefits\n\nDynamic & Supportive Work Environment: Thrive in an innovative and forward-thinking culture that values your expertise and will foster professional growth.\n\nAccelerate your career with dedicated pathways for advancement, access to specialised training programs and ample opportunities for skill enhancement.\n\nOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
