From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.\nWhat you’ll do as Technical HVAC Sales Engineer / Specialist:\nPerform site assessments, load calculations, and system evaluations to recommend optimal HVAC equipment and system designs (chillers, boilers, air handlers, rooftop units, heat pumps, controls, etc.)\n\nPrepare professional sales proposals, equipment selections, specifications, submittals\n\nDeliver technical presentations, product trainings, and lunch-and-learn sessions to engineers, contractors, and end-users\n\nManage the full sales process from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mechanical contracting firms, engineering firms, developers, and facility owners\n\nCollaborate with internal teams (applications engineering, project management, service, and controls) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction\n\nStay up-to-date with HVAC industry trends, codes, energy standards, and new technologies\n\nProvide technical support on bid opportunities, value engineering, and specification reviews\n\nMonitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities\n\nAccurately track opportunities and customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce or similar)\n\nAchieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and gross profit goals\n\nPrepare sales forecasts and activity reports\n\nYou are:\nA Bachelors qualified Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field (preferred).
