Reporting to the Divisional Controller, this role processes vendor invoices and payments, maintains vendor records, reconciles accounts payable balances, and resolves discrepancies with vendors and internal teams. The successful candidate will be accurate, organized, collaborative, and attentive to detail. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.\nResponsibilities:\nReview, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time.\nMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation and resolve discrepancies.\nMaintain vendor master data, including payment terms, tax information, and supporting documentation.\nPrepare vendor payment runs and complete weekly and monthly accounts payable reconciliations and reporting.\nRespond to vendor inquiries and work with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.\nProcess employee expense reports and other payment requests in accordance with company policies.\nPerform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor or Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.\nAt least three years of accounting or finance experience within manufacturing.\nAbility to research, compile, analyze, and interpret data.\nStrong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nExperience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.\nWhy AGI?\nWe’re leading the way in global food supply chain solutions and here’s how:\nWe’re the leading global expert in providing farmers, processors and commercial customers with the right equipment and customized engineering solutions to produce, protect and deliver the world’s grain, fertilizer, seed, feed and food supplies.
