The QA Coordinator maintains ultimate responsibility for assuring that all products are defect free and compliant with technical specifications.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure that the appropriate Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented, and maintained\nInterpret standards (ISO or other) to develop processes that improve quality\nWork in conjunction with Management to establish quality policies, objectives, and work instructions\nEnsure that all current and future quality standards and procedures are adhered to and maintained under the Production Support Manager\nProvide relevant training to personnel involved in process inspections and tests\nAdminister the nonconforming product policy and procedure\nManage, document, and process warranty claims with respect to purchased materials and customer-supplied products\nConduct inspections and tests as per Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and be responsible for all final inspections\nEnsure an efficient and effective final inspection process for all plant-manufactured products is followed and maintained\nCoordinate personnel involved in nonconformance and the disposition of materials and products\nWork collaboratively with the Customer Service Team, proactively assisting in the management and resolution of customer complaints in a professional manner\nMaintain relevant quality records in accordance with established procedures pertaining to contracts\nAudit the current quality processes\nAdminister the quality policies and objectives of the QMS and ensure that the Quality Assurance Manual is kept current\nEnsure all quality records are completed according to procedure\nMaintain any quality certifications, registrations, and memberships\nAct as the main contact for outside inspections\nManage Quality Notifications in the system\nOwn the Quality KPIs and provide continuous reporting on objectives\nSolve problems in coordination with Lean Manufacturing programs\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree or College diploma in Quality Management, or a related discipline\n2+ years related work experience\nISO and manufacturing experience is considered an asset\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nAble to work under minimal supervision\nProficient in Microsoft Office programs\nWorking with MRP/ERP programs\nKnowledge of metal manufacturing processes\nInterpretation of manufacturing drawings\nWhy AGI?\nWe’re leading the way in global food supply chain solutions and here’s how:\nWe’re the leading global expert in providing farmers, processors and commercial customers with the right equipment and customized engineering solutions to produce, protect and deliver the world’s grain, fertilizer, seed, feed and food supplies.
