From dashboards and builders to CMS-style interfaces and internal operational tools, your goal is to transform complex workflows into intuitive experiences that help our customers work faster and make better decisions.\nThis role is anchored in mobile web design while also shaping complex B2B experiences. You'll work across the full product lifecycle-from ambiguous requirements and rapid prototyping to production-ready UI and design system evolution.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Design\nDesign workflow-heavy products that simplify complex operational processes for leading game studios and publishers around the world.\n\nTransform ambiguous requirements into clear, user-centered solutions and product decisions\n\nOwn end-to-end product design from discovery to production\n\nPrototyping and Validation\nCreate interactive prototypes to validate ideas, align stakeholders, and accelerate decision-making\n\nUse modern design and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed without compromising quality\n\nDelivery and Design Quality\nCollaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation\n\nDefine states, edge cases, component behavior, and design specifications\n\nReview implementation quality and drive continuous UX improvements\n\nDesign Systems\nContribute to scalable design systems, components, patterns, and guidelines across products\n\nRequired Qualifications\nSenior-level product design experience with a portfolio of complex SaaS or B2B products\n\nProven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule\n\nStrong experience designing dashboards, admin panels, builders, CMS platforms, or similar workflow-heavy interfaces\n\nExperience designing B2B tools: editors/builders, dashboards, analytics, admin panels, CMS-like interfaces.\n\nComfortable using AI-assisted design tools\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building tools for developers, creators, or enterprise users\n\nExperience with analytics platforms, workflow software, or internal operational tools\n\nExperience in gaming, game development, fintech, or other technical SaaS products\n\nWhy Join Us\nWorld-class team -
