- 负责零售仓自动化机器人产品规划与设计，聚焦 VLA、导航、规控、调度等算法能力产品化
- 负责仓储业务需求分析、产品定义、PRD 输出、功能落地与迭代
- 统筹软硬件一体化方案，定义产品指标、体验与边界
- 协同算法、研发、硬件团队，把技术能力转化为可落地产品
任职要求 / Requirements
- 3 年以上仓储 / 物流 / 机器人产品经验，懂零售仓业务
- 软硬件产品通，能对接硬件、算法、系统研发
- 熟悉机器人导航、规控、调度 / VLA 算法产品化
- 逻辑强、结果导向，能独立负责一条产品线
