System monitoring, troubleshooting, user account administration, performance optimization, and ensuring system security and availability.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform technical support and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for supported enterprise systems.\nInstall, patch, upgrade, tune, optimize and repair hardware software (including operating systems, applications and databases to maintain optimal performance.\nDesign, develop, modify, and implement software applications and programs.\nDevelop and maintain middleware (\"glue-ware\") supporting client applications and security updates.\nProvide Tier II technical support and troubleshooting services.\nInstall, configure, administer, and maintain physical and virtual server environments.\nManage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and access controls.\nMonitor user access and ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures.\nAnalyze workstation and server logs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.\nProvide technical support and expertise for assigned projects and initiatives.\nSupport desktop, server, and software application integration efforts.\nMonitor system performance, utilization, and capacity to ensure optimal availability, reliability, and recoverability while reporting vulnerabilities and operational risks.\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nEnvironmental Conditions\n·Typical office environment\nStrength Demands\n·Sedentary - 10 lbs.
