experience across iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows platforms.\nYou will work closely with IT security, NOC, IT infrastructure, and ServiceDesk teams to ensure secure access to corporate resources while maintaining high operational efficiency.\nRequired Skills\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience\nOn-Premise Architecture & Deployment: Senior-level expertise in the design, deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of on-premise VMware Workspace ONE UEM, including components like Device Services, the Admin Console, ACC, and backend database integrations.\nUnified Access Gateways (UAG): Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Unified Access Gateways (UAG) to secure edge traffic and enable features such as Per-App VPN, secure tunneling, and proxy services within the on-premise architecture.\nSoftware Upgrades & Lifecycle Management: Proven track record of planning, testing, and successfully executing complex version upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments for on-premise Workspace ONE UEM environments with minimal operational disruption.\nApplication Management: Expertise in enterprise deployment strategies and lifecycle management via Workspace ONE UEM.\nTroubleshooting & Diagnostics: Advanced capability in diagnosing complex on-premise architectural and gateway-related issues, analyzing system logs, and resolving escalated endpoint management problems.\nWindows Server 2022 Administration & Infrastructure Support\nUnderlying Server Maintenance: Maintaining, patching, and administering the underlying Windows Server 2022 compute environment that hosts the on-premise UEM architecture.\nSecurity & Compliance: Applying security hardening baselines (such as DISA STIGs or CIS benchmarks), monitoring event logs, and remediating vulnerabilities across the Windows server infrastructure.\nGeneral Senior Engineer Competencies\nCollaboration: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with security teams, system administrators, and agency stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient
