The ideal candidate will combine hands-on experience providing consultative guidance and support for mission-focused technical solutions, including Federal proposal deliverables such as RFP/RFI responses, white papers, technical volumes, and solution narratives.\nNote: This is not a hands-on software engineering or post-award delivery role.\nKey Responsibilities\nProposal Development & Technical Writing (Primary Focus)\nLead and develop technical content for Federal and DoD proposal responses.\nContribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical volumes, white papers, solution narratives, CONOPS, and other capture deliverables.\nTranslate customer requirements into compliant, compelling, and differentiated technical solutions.\nLead technical solution development from early capture through submission.\nParticipate in Pink/Red Team reviews and incorporate feedback.\nSolutioning & Capture Support\nDevelop AI, data, cloud, and emerging technology solutions aligned with Federal mission needs.\nCollaborate with Business Development, Capture, Proposal teams, SMEs, and leadership.\nSupport customer discussions, solutioning sessions, Industry Days, and oral presentations.\nRequired Experience\nCandidates must demonstrate both of the following:\n1. Hands-On Federal Proposal Development Experience\nProven experience personally authoring or leading technical proposal content.\nExperience producing multiple deliverable types, including:\n- RFP/RFI responses\n- Technical volumes\n- White papers\n- Solution narratives\n- CONOPS\nAbility to drive a technical solution from requirements through review and submission.\n2. Federal Solution Experience\nExperience developing or architecting AI, advanced analytics, data, or cloud solutions for Federal or DoD customers.\nAbility to translate technical capabilities into mission-focused solutions and persuasive written content.\nCritical Qualification\nCandidates must have personally developed and written Federal proposal deliverables.
