You'll lead the Dallas site end-to-end - bringing together customer experience, people leadership, card submission and operational excellence, while managing three Field Sales Managers responsible for building ACE relationships with independent card stores across the surrounding market.\nYou'll have genuine ownership of the business locally, with the opportunity to build the team, shape the culture and help establish how ACE grows in the US.\nWhat You'll Own\nOverall performance and day-to-day leadership of the Dallas location\n\nAn exceptional experience for collectors and customers\n\nLeadership, coaching and development of the onsite team\n\nDirect leadership of three Field Sales Managers\n\nDevelopment of relationships with independent card stores across the Dallas market\n\nLocal sales performance, partnerships and commercial growth\n\nCard submission, handling, security and chain-of-custody standards\n\nOperational accuracy, efficiency and compliance\n\nWorkforce scheduling and labor management\n\nRecruitment, onboarding, performance management and team development\n\nOpening, closing and overall site standards\n\nDelivery of ACE brand and service standards across every part of the operation\n\nQualifications\nWe're looking for someone who can operate as the leader of a standalone business, not simply manage a store.\n2+ years of management or leadership experience within retail, service, hospitality or another customer-led environment\n\nProven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams\n\nExperience managing multiple functions or areas of responsibility\n\nStrong commercial judgment and confidence owning business performance\n\nExperience driving sales, partnerships or local business growth\n\nStrong operational discipline and attention to detail\n\nExperience with scheduling, recruitment and performance management\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\n\nComfortable working autonomously and making decisions in a growing business\n\nHigh levels of ownership, integrity and accountability\n\nAbility to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends and events\n\nTrading Cards & Collectibles\nDeep grading expertise is not required - we'll train the technical knowledge.\nWhat matters is genuine curiosity and credibility within the category.
