You will help open and close the store, support the day-to-day operation and ensure every customer receives the service ARNE is known for. This is not a role for someone who stands back and waits to be told what to do. You will be proactive, hands-on and ready to lead and support the team wherever needed.\nWhat The Supervisor Will Be Doing:\nOpening and closing the store safely and ensuring it is ready for trade\n\nSupporting daily operations, including stock, replenishment and visual merchandising\n\nDelivering an engaging, personal and knowledgeable customer experience\n\nHelping the team achieve sales goals and key performance indicators\n\nSupporting and guiding newer colleagues on shift\n\nTaking ownership of shift-related issues when managers are unavailable\n\nMaintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation\n\nAbout The Supervisor:\nYou care about what you do and take pride in doing things properly.
