You will work with cross-functional programs, coordinating and building the operating rhythms that keep teams aligned, and turning technical progress into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn end-to-end program planning and delivery for the department, coordinating cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., hardware, electronics, software, controls, and test & validation).\n\nCoordinate delivery milestones across teams, tracking cross-functional dependencies, surfacing and resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment at every program milestone.\nRun the department's business review cadence, preparing and driving monthly reviews covering organizational goals - synthesizing technical progress, risks, and dependencies into executive-ready insights for senior leadership.\nBuild and maintain a single source of truth for all programs in Jira, establishing program frameworks, operating cadences, and visibility tools for cross-functional partners on bi-weekly and monthly cycles.\n\nDevelop and run a resource planning framework, leading regular reviews to align team capacity with evolving program requirements and technical workload.\n\n Manage budget and OPEX tracking for the department, enabling data-driven monthly trade-off decisions in response to shifting priorities.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, or a similar role within an engineering organization.\nProven track record coordinating cross-functional programs across multiple engineering disciplines and bringing rigor and structure to them.\n\nStrong command of program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint) and data/reporting tools.\n\nExperience establishing operating cadences, business reviews (MBR/QBR), and single-source-of-truth systems from the ground up and roadmap.\n\nExperience with resource/capacity planning and budget or OPEX tracking.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics into clear narratives for senior leadership.\nEngineering background or degree strongly preferred; comfort navigating deeply technical discussions is essential.\nNice to Have\nExperience in robotics, mechatronics, or other multi-disciplinary engineering environments.\n\nExperience supporting or reporting directly to department or executive leadership.\nFamiliarity with both agile (software) and waterfall (hardware) delivery methodologies.\n\nWhat we offer\nA dynamic high-tech company, combined with financial soundness and world-class investors.\n\nJoin an interdisciplinary, international team with 60+ different nationalities in a collaborative work environment.\n\nLots of development opportunities as we continue to grow.\n\nChallenging tasks and impactful projects alongside experts that enable professional and personal growth.\n\nCorporate Benefits Program covering health, mobility, and learning for 100€ net per month.\n\nModern office facilities with a rooftop terrace overlooking Munich, free drinks & fruits, and regular company events contribute to a good working environment\n\nAbout us\nAgile Robots SE is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than 3500 employees worldwide.
