All stock grants are subject to executive review and approval in accordance with the Company’s equity plan.\nThe Continuous Improvement Engineer will play a key role in advancing operational excellence across Agile Space Industries by identifying opportunities to improve how we work. This position will partner across manufacturing, test, engineering, and business teams to evaluate processes, eliminate inefficiencies, improve quality, and implement sustainable solutions. Using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies, this individual will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and help build a culture of continuous improvement as Agile continues to grow and scale.\nResponsibilities:\nA Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for driving initiatives that will change the way Agile Space Industries does business. This role will be critical to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Here's a brief overview of the typical responsibilities and qualifications for this role:\nAnalyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement\n\nDevelop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality\nLead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, process mapping, and data analysis\nCollaborate with employees at all levels, from production floor staff to senior management, to facilitate change\nTrain and mentor teams on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices\nMonitor and measure the impact of implemented changes to ensure sustained improvements\nCommunicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and management \nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field\n3+ years’ relevant experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or test operations\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess processes and identify improvements\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels\nLeadership and project management skills to guide teams and manage multiple initiatives\nOrganizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage competing projects effectively\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies\nPreferred Skills\n5+ years’ relevant experience\n\nExperience establishing continuous improvement programs\nProfessional certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma \nPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nEmployment Type: Exempt\nSalary: $88,000-$110,000 Annually\nThe base pay range shown is a guideline.
