Technical Skills : \n\n- Experience in architecture and design and consulting services, focused on enterprise solutions, data analytics platform, lake houses, data engineering, data processing, data warehousing, ETL, Hadoop and Big Data.\n\n- Experience in defining and designing data governance, data management and data security solutions for an enterprise across business verticals.\n\n- Experience on at least one of the 3 major cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP.\n\n- Possess knowledge of cloud-based AI/ML services like AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google AI Platform, Databricks GenAI/BI, Snowflake GenAI and their relevant services for building and deploying GenAI/Agentic workloads.\n\n- Familiarity with Agentic AI architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, and vector databases, MCPs, Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps practices.\n\n- Experience with BI and visualization platforms (like Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and the ability to architect end-to-end analytics solutions from data platform to insight layer.\n\n- Familiarity with real-time and streaming data and event-driven architecture patterns, data integration and ELT/ETL tooling.\n\n- Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to target verticals (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, PCI-DSS) and their implications for data architecture decisions.\n\n2. Pre-Sales and Business Skills : \n\n- Knowledge of market insight, technology trends and competitor intelligence.\n\n- Experience in proposal management (RFP/RFI/RFQ etc.).\n\n- Comfort with solution sizing, effort estimation, and the commercial aspects of pre-sales including building bills of materials that are both technically sound and commercially competitive.\n\n- Ability to actively position Impetus against competitors with a clear, confident point of view on differentiation.\n\nPersonal Attributes : \n\n- You are a natural storyteller who can turn a complex architecture diagram into a compelling business case for a CXO, and a detailed technical blueprint for an engineering lead.\n\n- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organization, documentation, and presentation skills (to executive level staff and to large groups).\n\n- Able to make decisions on technical and design tradeoffs to best meet customers needs.\n\n- Genuinely curious about where technology is heading - you experiment with new tools independently and form your own informed point of view.\n\n- Must be a self-starter, results oriented and flexible to adapt to ambiguities and changes.
