About the role
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions.
The mandatory requirements are a Master’s degree in law, 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English, an understanding of compliance matters, and excellent written and spoken English.

Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
Excellent communication skills.
Organized, proactive and able to work independently.
Nice to haves
Ukrainian language skills.
Experience working with IT companies.
Experience with international or cross-border legal matters.
What you will do
Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and other agreements with vendors.
Draft and maintain contract templates.
Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where we operate.
Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions.
Conduct legal research and prepare memos on EU and international law matters.
