and advise internal teams on legal questions.\nThe mandatory requirements are a Master’s degree in law, 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English, an understanding of compliance matters, and excellent written and spoken English.\nMust haves\nMaster’s degree in law.\n\n1–4 years of experience in a law IT companies.\n\nExperience with international or cross-border legal matters.\n\nWhat you will do\nSupport other team members with day-to-day legal issues.\n\nReview and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and other agreements with vendors.\n\nDraft and maintain contract templates.\n\nSupport compliance work across the jurisdictions where we operate.\n\nAdvise internal teams
