This role helps customers successfully implement, adopt, and optimize Agilent solutions while serving as a trusted technical advisor.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide scientific and technical application support to customers and sales teams.\nConduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training.\nTroubleshoot instrumentation, application, and workflow challenges.\nSupport customer implementation, adoption, and optimization of Agilent products and solutions.\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and customers to address technical needs and communicate customer feedback.\nBuild strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific field.\n1-2+ years of laboratory, applications, technical support, field service, or customer-facing scientific experience.\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.\nProven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a consultative approach.\nAbility to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nWillingness and ability to travel extensively (75-85%) to support customer sites.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting scientific instrumentation or laboratory-based technologies.\nStrong understanding of laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and data analysis.\nExperience conducting product demonstrations, customer training, or technical presentations.\nPrevious applications, field-based, or customer-facing technical support experience.\nAbility to build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted technical advisor.\nExperience partnering with Sales, Marketing, R&D, or other cross-functional teams to support customer success.\nTravel Requirements\n75-85% travel required\nFrequent travel to customer sites for installations, training, troubleshooting, and sales support.\nTypically travel Monday through Friday.\nMust be comfortable managing extensive travel schedules and working independently in new customer environments.\nIdeal for candidates who enjoy combining science, customer interaction, technical problem-solving, and travel in a highly customer-focused field role.\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
