Agilent enables customers to gain the answers and insights they seek -- so they can do what they do best to improve the world around us.\nPrimary Job Role:\nResponsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and/or sales or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions\nResponds to and /or provides assistance to Agilent trade customer and internal customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, marketing - Sales team requests, product changes or returns, contact creations - Update in CRM, contract issues/administration or data administration\nMay act as SAP CRM Data entry resource for team responsible for creating Leads, Non-Leads and Marketing response\nResolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics.\nKey Requirements:\nPerson responsible to handle all the data related to customer internal - external, leads - non leads, coordinate with marketing - sales team for the data validation and product ID entries in CRM\nVerify MICT, coordinates with governance teams for the data entry within operations timelines\nEnsures proper control, recording and classification of transactions. Uses accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries\nInterfaces with sales support, customer service and Marcom teams to ensure compliance\nExcellent knowledge & work experience in SAP CRM\nPerson needs to be flexible to work in rotational shifts as this is global region support team\nTransaction processing, customer service operations role enabling data for Sales - Commercial marketing\nPerson to meet the TAT timelines, Quality standards for the data as per process guidelines - discipline\nGood communication skills required\nGood MS Excel knowledge\nKnowledge in MS Power Platform would be an added advantage\nAny language specialization (particularly European languages like French/Spanish/Italian) would be preferred\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent\nMinimum of 2-5 years relevant experience\nExtensive knowledge and skills to complete specialized tasks\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
