MBA is an asset.\nAbility to manage and understand laboratory instrument service and maintenance business (process & financial).\nStrong customer focus with a customer first mindset.\nAbility to design, price, implement, and manage complex lab instrument service and maintenance programs at customer sites.\nTeam building/development and leadership skills.\nDedication and commitment to industry standard project management discipline. PMP certification is an asset.\nEffective collaboration skills.\n3rd party service provider relationship development and management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCustomer contracting and Scope of Work development experience\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
