Information about Agilent is available at www.agilent.com\nThis is a remote field-based position in the following areas: Germany, Austria\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated scientist to provide pre- and post-sales application support for Agilent NovoCyte Flow Cytometry solutions.\nAs Agilent continues to expand its presence in the Flow Cytometry market, we are building a high-performing and versatile sales organization.\nThis opportunity is well suited to a professional who is passionate about the field, energized by customer engagement, and comfortable traveling to customer sites.\nIn this role, you will partner closely with the field organization to help achieve or exceed sales objectives by providing technical expertise, contributing to account planning, and supporting the sales process from opportunity qualification through deal closure.\nYou will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, articulate Agilent’s differentiators, and deliver product demonstrations at customer sites.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive sales of Agilent Flow Cytometry solutions through pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer engagements in collaboration with the Sales Team.\nBuild strong customer relationships by delivering pre- and post-sales training and providing high-quality technical support.\nCapture and communicate the Voice of the Customer, including product feedback, enhancement opportunities, and market trends.\nServe as the subject matter expert for the Flow sales team, supporting the resolution of technical questions and challenges.\nSupport technical sales and marketing initiatives by presenting at conferences and developing and delivering presentations in both virtual and in-person settings.\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, with regular weekly travel and overnight stays.\nQualifications\nPh.D. in Immunology.\nA minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Flow Cytometry.\nPrevious experience providing technical support to customers is preferred.\nExperience supporting optical, electrical, or mechanical equipment is preferred.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.\nFluency in German and English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nA valid driver’s license is required.\nIf you are passionate about advancing scientific solutions and have a track record of building strong customer relationships, we invite you to apply and be part of our innovative team at Agilent!\nAgilent offers core global benefits to all staff - but in addition to these, the business offers Agilent Result Bonus, Stock Purchase Plan, Life Insurance, Pension, Healthcare, Employee Assistance Program, Holiday, and Company activities.\nWe are dedicated to fostering a healthy work environment that inspires collaboration and innovation in a global scientific community.
