HR Operations - Global Process Owner

Job Description

Global Process Owner leads the design, governance and optimization of end to end HR Operations processes, ensuring consistent, scalable and efficient service delivery across the HR operating model. This role collaborates with COEs and HR Operations teams to define process standards, identify automation opportunities and drive continuous process improvement. Partnering with COEs, the role determines which processes need to be defined, designs the overall process framework, and identifies opportunities for AI and automation. The Global Process Owner brings structure and consistency to previously undocumented processes and ensures global process design supports a simplified, scalable, and digitally enabled HR experience.

Key responsibilities

• Determine the end-to-end HR processes that require definition, redesign, or standardization across the enterprise.
• Establish the process architecture and design framework used to document, manage, and optimize HR processes.
• Design new, standardized processes for previously undocumented end-to-end workflows.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation within HR processes that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and enhance employee experience
• Partner with COEs and HR stakeholders to define and maintain processes across key HR service areas, including Workforce Administration, Preboarding, Onboarding, Leave of Absence, Separations, Offboarding, Workforce Management and related services
• Monitor end to end process performance globally, setting standards and ensuring processes are documented, consistent, and scalable across countries and regions.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of experience in process design, process excellence, HR operations, or business process reengineering, ideally within a global or shared services environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing and documenting end to end processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of process design methodologies and experience applying them in HR or shared services contexts.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities within operational processes.
• Ability to partner with and influence COEs, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex, undocumented work into clear, structured processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills across global, matrixed organizations.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
