# India Field Service Engineer

Job Description We are seeking an experienced engineer to provide technical leadership and drive service excellence at the India Field Service Center (IFSC) in Manesar. In this role, you will lead instrument repair, testing, refurbishment and technical support activities, resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement in service quality, turnaround time, customer experience and cost-effectiveness. You will also strengthen repair capabilities, establish best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and overall service business performance. This is an on-site position based at the India Field Service Center (IFSC) in Manesar, India with requirementto work on-site five days a week. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Extensive hands-on expertise in Agilent instruments, particularly LC/GC and MS systems, including repair, maintenance, testing, complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
