Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Description

The Paired Inside Sales Account Manager (iAM) works closely with the assigned Account Manager (AM) to drive growth and expand market coverage within the biopharma segment. The iAM focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, and supporting the sales funnel across designated product lines

Sales Development & Opportunity Generation

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within assigned biopharma accounts.
• Conduct outbound customer engagement via phone, email, virtual meetings, and digital tools.
• Generate and nurture sales leads to build a healthy pipeline.
• Support campaigns, promotions, seminars, webinars, and marketing initiatives.

Account Support & Collaboration

• Partner closely with the assigned AM to develop account strategies and execute growth plans.
• Coordinate customer follow-up activities and maintain regular engagement.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Support quotation preparation, opportunity tracking, and sales administration activities.

Product Line Coverage

The iAM will support business development activities across:

• Cell Analysis (CASA)
• Dissolution and General Goods (DGG)
• Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (CMS)

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred.
• Experience in scientific instrumentation, laboratory operations, biopharma, or inside sales is advantageous.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
