Responsibilities include a wide variety of analytical testing activities utilizingboth manual and automated methods and procedures to support manufacturing operations and product quality.\nThis position provides day-to-day maintenance of bacterial clones, reagents, laboratory equipment, and the laboratory environment to ensure uninterrupted production support and compliance with quality standards. The role also supports documentation activities, equipment maintenance, process monitoring, and other laboratory-related duties as assigned.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform laboratory procedures, analytical testing, and production support activities in accordance withSOPs, cGMP requirements, and regulatory guidelines.\n\nInterpret test results and troubleshoot routine laboratory and process-related issues.\n\nConduct proceduresusing manual and automated laboratory methods and equipment.\n\nMaintain bacterial clones and associated biological materials requiredfor manufacturing operations.\n\nPrepare, maintain, and manage laboratory reagents and consumables.\n\nPerform routine maintenance, calibration, and verification of laboratory and production equipment.\n\nEnsure laboratory workspaces, equipment, and materials are maintainedin a clean, organized, and compliant state.\n\nAccurately document test results, procedures, observations, and production data in accordance withquality and regulatory requirements.\n\nAssistwith the preparation of reports, summaries, protocols, and technical documentation as required.\n\nIdentifyand communicate equipment, process, or quality issues to supervisors and team members.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.\n\nCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, and other cross-functional teams to meet production goals.\n\nPerform additionalduties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nJob Level Characteristics\nAcquiresknowledge of company policies, practices, procedures, and manufacturing operations.\n\nLearn technical requirements and laboratory processes within the assigned area.\n\nPerforms routine tactical, operational, and administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives.\n\nWorks under close supervision with prescribed tasks and established procedures.\n\nDemonstrates increasing proficiency, responsibility, and independence over time.\n\nCommunicates routine information effectively within the immediate team.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degreerequired\n\n1-3 years of related experiencepreferred\n\nExperience with pipets and DNA is preferred\n\nCoursework in biotechnology, microbiology, biology, chemistry, laboratory sciences, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.\n\nLaboratory, manufacturing, biotechnology, or regulated industry experience is a plus.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nAbility to follow detailed procedures, SOPs, and documentation requirements.\n\nBasic understanding of laboratory techniques and biological materials handling.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to maintainaccuraterecords and documentation.\n\nBasic computer proficiencyand data-entry skills.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently on routine assignments while contributing effectively as a team member.\n\nCommitment to safety, quality, cGMP compliance, and continuous improvement.\n\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
