The Role

The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, Americas plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders across the organization to understand business objectives and develop recruitment strategies that align with the company's mission and strategic priorities.

As Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, Americas, this leader will serve as the Americas TA point of contact for one of our functions/businesses:Commercial, Operations, Enabling Functions, Technology, or Business Groups. This individual will partner closely with the aligned HRBP and hiring managers to conduct req activity oversight, execution of select reqs as part of a pod structure of TA delivery, and demonstrate active communication, reporting, and cross collaboration to achieve candidate, hiring manager, and stakeholder experience excellence.

As a trusted advisor, the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, Americas will bring forward an ownership mentality, strategic insights, process excellence, and TA Advisory orientation as a business partner - demonstrating depth of knowledge of a customer base, talent market, and insights related to the respective business or function. The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will executive full-cycle

recruitments, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and ensuring a best-in class candidate experience. As part of a team/pod, the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will work to develop robust talent pipelines and leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment services while managing key hiring metrics.

  • Build and maintain strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders.

  • Stay informed on business trends, labor market insights, and competitive talent intelligence.

  • Share market and candidate insights to influence hiring strategies through data and storytelling.

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and referral sources across corporate and operations talent pools.

  • Utilize technology and AI-enabled tools to efficiently identify, engage, and assess talent.

  • Collaborate with the broader Americas TA and Global TA teams to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.

  • Partner with peers to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable hiring practices across the organization.

  • Research, design, and implement tailored recruitment strategies for newly assigned requisitions.

  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset by leveraging metrics, feedback, and best practices to evolve hiring strategies and optimize processes.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience.

  • Experience recruiting across a range of disciplines and levels

  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing and partnering with leaders at all levels, including executives, through strong consultative communication.

  • Demonstrated experience working cross collaboratively with and ownership mentality

  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and market research skills.

  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience analyzing trends and refining recruiting strategies.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI-driven technology

  • Nice to have: experience in life sciences, diagnostics, analytical instrumentation, medical technology or another regulated, science-driven industry.

  • Action-oriented, with proven ability to lead key initiatives, motivate teams and drive decisions to closure.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least September 25, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $114,080.00 - $213,900.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
